Job Title: Project Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt



Summary: Responsible for project execution for interior architectural walls and furniture system for office environment. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage mid to large projects from inception to completion
  • Create and provide accurate project documentation
  • Analyze architectural and furniture bid documents
  • Preparation of quote for furniture systems and/or architectural walls turnkey projects
  • Preparation of Purchase Order
  • Perform field measurement
  • Understand requests and communicate appropriate action to technical and manufacturing department
  • Prepare Change Order based on Bulletin, Addendum or installation or shipping changes
  • Coordination with general contractors, furniture dealers, shipping companies and installation teams
  • Attend site meeting and preparation of meeting minutes
  • Support Sales Department providing technical information and quotes
  • Preparation Leed credit
  • Preparation of payment application and waiver for billing
  • Travelling requested based on project site location

-Proficient in reading construction drawings and architectural documents

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum 2 years’ project management experience in this industry or significant related experience including knowledge of AutoCAD, field measurement, Microsoft Office.
