This position is part of the IT department. Beckman Coulter has one of the largest footprints for implementing Oracle Applications worldwide. We have implemented Oracle Financials (FIN), Supply Chain (SCM), Order to Cash, and Manufacturing (MFG) as the core modules, with Cloud implementations like Oracle SCP Cloud, OTM Cloud, and Service Max.
You will be a part of the Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our ERP Application in the capacity of a Technical Architect, primarily serving the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain and related modules. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Participate in multiple phases of supporting and implementing ERP initiatives

Progressively take responsibility for gap analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design with functional users

Provide technical guidance and vision for the ongoing transformation of our ERP environment towards more cloud- and SaaS-based systems, keeping abreast of current technology trends

Develop and deliver efficient solutions along with a regular cadence of supporting existing systems, enhancements, fixes, and ad hoc requests, solving complex operational and organizational problems

Coordinate and mentor the offshore support team, improving their productivity and ensuring quality deliverables while keeping systems and assets secure
The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of computer science or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and development of Oracle ERP Applications

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand functional requirements, leading to effective technical designs, documentation, and timely solution delivery
-
Superior analytical and evaluative abilities applied to proactively solving problems and navigating complex situations
-
Experience with end-to-end SCM system flows, with a thorough understanding of core modules like Planning, Purchasing (PO), WIP, BOM, and Inventory Management, with optional understanding of Order Management and Shipping modules

Expert in core Oracle ERP Tech Stack that includes but is not limited to Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Shell Script, XML, Oracle Applications Framework
It would be a plus if you have:

Exposure to Oracle Cloud stack of Products or ability to quickly upskill and drive initiatives in the related areas

Experience working with Web technologies and web API services (SOAP and REST), with optional skills in core Java or Java scripting

Knowledge of tools like Optio, Oracle Apex, BPEL and SOA
The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000. This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
