We are calling for a seasoned technical sales professional to join our Global Black Belt team for Threat Management and help us accelerate customer adoption of Microsoft Threat Management solutions. As a Threat Management Technology Solutions Professional on the Global Black Belt team, you will be joining a team of highly skilled Threat management experts across the company who are driving the most complex, strategic and innovative customer projects. This is a senior technical sales role within the Cybersecurity Solutions Group focused on driving customer digital transformation scenarios with our cybersecurity threat management capabilities. You will work within a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to help customers address complex technical challenges and adopt new innovative workloads, show and prove our solutions, that lead to winning technical decisions. Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across relevant Microsoft and non-Microsoft technologies.
Because of the relative complexity of these opportunities, the GBB TSP forms strong v-teams across Microsoft and beyond. Candidates align their efforts with the Microsoft account teams, specialist sellers, Microsoft Services, partners, product engineering, marketing and broader field leadership. You will be a vital connection and orchestration point for a variety of technical resources, by:
Orchestrating complex solutions and landing new workloads with internal and external partners for multiple Microsoft products and services.
Helping identify and diagnose technical, architectural, and competitive blockers and respective solutions for sales opportunities and usage decision blockers and helping ensure that these solutions are implemented.
Sharing practical knowledge with partners, other Microsoft technical sales colleagues to drive the sale, deployment, and adoption of Microsoft solutions.

Technical Solution Leader
Advanced Threat Management Architect. The expertise and ability to integrate complex elements and customer requirements into innovative technical architectures in cybersecurity defense systems, endpoint detection and response, anti-malware, persistent threats, email security, user behavior and analytics and threat intelligence solutions spaces required.
Cloud Trust. High-level expertise in sophisticated identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance requirements, and experience integrating them into cloud and hybrid solutions required.
Technical breadth. Enterprise customer level experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures and adjacent technologies, architecture designs, migrations, and industry standards; broad experience with Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security applications & services, Windows 10, and Surface; and competitive product knowledge required.
Technical depth. Domain authority, having enterprise customer level technical experience with design, configuration and implementation of cybersecurity systems including Microsoft’s Intelligent Security Graph and Microsoft’s Advanced Threat Protection solutions for Office, Windows and Azure (Authentication as well as Endpoint and Virtual Machines) required
Community Builder. Understand capabilities of, strategically be able to work with, influence cohesively, build and grow, Microsoft’s (or similar) customers, members of the Microsoft (or similar) sales, services, and marketing organizations, internal and external communities and Microsoft (or similar) partners required.
Excellent Communicator. Strong people negotiation, organizational, presentation, deep technical product demo, writing, and verbal communication skills required.

- Experience. 10+ years of related experience in technical pre-sales and/or technical consulting roles preferred.
