Pantheon Global Holdings, LLC is in Northwest Phoenix, AZ. We are an established and growing company, we work in a very fast-paced environment! Our ideal candidate is outgoing, eager to learn, and has worked in an office environment before. We will train the right individual but we need some prior experience and a quick learner!
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Handling walk-in applicants, clients, etc.
Maintaining inventory of all supplies
Data entry, typing, filing, scanning, etc.
Helping to maintain an organized environment
Assisting the executive team with additional and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Desirable Monday Friday schedule (8:30am-5pm)

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows software
Have professional phone and customer service skills
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Have admin/front office experience
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Must be punctual and reliable
Must have reliable transportation
