Landscape Maintenance & Lead Gardener Job Requirements:
- Excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written
- Knowledge of plants, pests, and turf
- Virginia Nursery Landscape Assoc. (VNLA) certification preferred
- Valid Virginia Driver’s License
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Work outooors/inclement weather
- M-F; occasional weekends.
Landscape Maintenance & Lead GardenerJob Duties:
- Maintain customer properties to a high level to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recruit, develop and evaluate additional personnel as necessary
- Lead teams - coach, develop and manage crew
- Manage accounts to meet budgets
- Customer relationship management
- Basic maintenance of tools and equipment
- Attention to detail
- TIme management
- Accurately complete daily paperwork
