The 1st General Companies are expanding! We are currently looking for 3 people to join our Constuction team! As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our construction team with various tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials.
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and erecting fencing.
- Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, backhoes, and skid-steer loaders, under the supervision of experienced operators.
- Assist with the installation of pipes, electrical wires, and other materials.
- Clean and maintain the work site, ensuring that it remains organized and safe for workers.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to adapt to changing project demands.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other laborers, electricians, carpenters, and other construction professionals to complete projects on time.
- Perform other tasks as required by the project manager

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: Hourly based on experience, with overtime pay. Yearly Bonus's
