Are you an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer that has experience recruiting top talent in the outside Sales field using deep internet sourcing? If so, Schneider may have the role for you! The Senior Talent Acquistion Sourcer will lead all recruiting efforts for our Commercial teams, spanning all lines of business. The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for developing and leading recruiting plans (developing a sourcing strategy, market analysis, candidate assessment and phone interviews, and facilitating consensus), developing and maintaining relationships with internal customers as well as external sources. The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer is a member of the Corporate Recruiting Team.
As a Senior Sales Recruiter, duties will include but are not limited to:
Lead preparation and execution of innovative and cost-effective recruiting plans to meet objectives defined in the overall leadership staffing plan. Understand market conditions for targeted positions.
Develop the recruiting and selection knowledge of internal hiring managers. Influence appropriately to ensure a focused strategy is in place to identify talent. Assess effectiveness of strategy and adjust as needed.
Build effective relationships with internal customers and external sources. Work to improve the effectiveness of all sources with significant sourcing to build candidate pipelines.
Identify talent and recruit effectively using deep web sourcing utilizing advanced filtering and Boolean search strings as well as chrome extensions, ect. Enthusiastically and accurately sell Schneider. Master the area of selection. Own candidate follow-up from screen to acceptance.
Measure source effectiveness for specific roles and develop actions for improvement; track and monitor key factors with a focus on continuous improvement.

Our preferred candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales, or related field; or equivalent work experience in a professional business or recruiting role.
Minimum of five-seven years of professional sales recruiting/sourcing experience utilizing the following tools:
Outreach Competitor matrixing
Name generation and recruitment research
Deep web sourcing utilizing advance filtering and Boolean search strings
Mining social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Quora, GitHub, etc
Advanced sourcing from organizations that are diversity or industry focused
Mapping out competitor org charts through Internet and phone research
Aggressively identifying Alumni of identified universities and colleges
One or more of the following certifications are strongly preferred:
Certified People Sourcer II
Boolean Black belt
Demonstrated ability to identify and assess leadership talent, as well as direct source for highly technical positions.
Human resources experience required, ideally PHR.
Experience utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques for assessment and selection required.
Strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and planning skills.
Effective presence, oral and written communication and sales skills.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Proven selling and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel up to 15%.
