Office Furniture NOW! is a 28-year old business with a positive reputation in the Central Texas market and we are expanding our team. Our well-established office furniture dealership, serving small and mid-sized businesses, is seeking one very productive Sales Support Customer Service Associate who thinks on their feet, can pay attention too many, many details with a drive for doing it right to help our salespeople excel in their productivity.
The selected candidate will be an over-achiever who has:
- Minimum of 1 years of B-to-B sales support experience
- AA, AS or Bachelor’s degree
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Office furniture sales support experience preferred
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, social media
- Top-notch customer service
Skills
- Excellent computer and database skills especially Word, Excel
- Database especially FileMaker experience preferred
- Superior Team Player – asking for help and providing help to others
- Strong sense of personal accountability for yourself through your behaviors and metrics
- Ability to work in a sometimes fast paced and demanding environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Positive, optimistic and supportive attitude
- Constant passion for learning and improving
