The Sales Director is responsible for the development and cultivation of client relationships, as well as bringing in new revenue from new Service Provider and MSO accounts

Develop and cultivate new client relationships with Service Providers and MSOs
Develop a sales pipeline and accurately forecast expected revenue results
Present the company's position to prospective and existing clients in a professional and consistent manner
Successfully negotiate contracts that represent good value for the client and sound business for the company
Work closely with Consulting and Product organizations pre-sales to ensure customer satisfaction post-sales
Advise Client Executives on decisions and risks that affect the entire engagement; shape client expectations with respect to the engagement
Consistently and effectively communicate with Sales Management and build/maintain strong working relationships with all other departments
Significant travel as needed and dependent on location

Hunter mentality with a results-oriented, customer-centric, can-do attitude
At least 5 years of successful sales experience selling IT consulting and other solutions to IT groups at Communications Service and/or Cable Providers
Polished and professional executive presence, with proven ability to sell to senior executives at target accounts
Strong telecommunications industry knowledge
Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with ability to think/create solutions to business problems in complex environments
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills

Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
