We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at our distribution center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically in picking, packing, shipping orders, and receiving products. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Receive and inspect incoming products, verifying quantities and quality against shipping documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory audits.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist in training and mentoring new warehouse staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse role for a distributor, specifically in picking, packing, shipping orders, and receiving products.
- Functional computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
