What Digital Project Manager contributes to Cardinal Health
Digital Project Manager manages our Biopharma commercial platform and execution of client SOWs related to our digital marketing services for the Insights & Engagement (I&E) business unit.
Plan and manage the execution of digital projects for pharmaceutical clients through OPEN (Oncology Provider Extended Network) biopharma platform. These projects this will include, digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, static and digital banner ads, clinical newsletter and microsites, web conferencing, re-targeting, mobile/desktop websites, google ads, social media, and geotargeting.
Responsible for targeted engagements leveraging big data sets within the OPEN.
Collaboration with HTML designer to create landing pages for email and microsites and optimize user experience across multiple devices.
Collaborate with scientific writers to manage content for clinical newsletters and microsites and client timelines.
Collaborate with legal/compliance/regulatory for all provider engagement around clinical newsletter and microsites to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met.
Collaborate with our Data Architect and IT resources to implement programs and projects.
Monitor and optimize all client digital programs within Biopharma Platform against goals (KPI and ROI) to ensure programs meet success criteria. Provide reports, trends, and data-driven insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of SOPs related to Biopharma Platform products and solutions.
Present to clients and internal teams as point person for management of Biopharma Platform and act as digital expert both internally and externally.
Responsible for managing HCP target files and providing recommendations for client program target lists.
Responsible for digital program submission to client legal/regulatory reviews and managing changes.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end HCP experience across multiple channels and touch points.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or other relevant graduate degree.
3-5 years’ experience within healthcare and/or pharmaceutical experience of related digital marketing and analytics, non-personal promotion, and HCP marketing a plus.
Ability to request and analyze various data sets (marketing campaign results, 3rd party data files), deliver insights, and make recommendations highly preferred
Works independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in the fast-paced environment.
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Knowledge of audience segmentation and CRM campaigns
Ability to drive consistently high-quality work under tight time frame
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Omnichannel experience a plus
Digital Market Research
Ability to perform competitive analyses, identify new marketing channels, and target audience analyses
Stay on top of new digital marketing trends and strategies (influencer marketing, personalization, video marketing, artificial Intelligence, chatbots)
Ability to write primary market research questions when evaluating new ideas
Technology Requirements highly preferred
