Hospice Director Opportunity Description

Our client is based in the Seattle, WA area. They operate a sizable Medicare-certified Hospice program. They are looking for a seasoned home care leader to be their Hospice Director. Hospice leadership experience over a large program is required. A Registered Nurse (BSN or greater) is a must. Relocation candidates welcome!

Salary based on years of overall leadership experience including Hospice. Package includes: competitive base salary plus incentives, health and dental insurance, generous PTO, retirement plans, etc.

Hospice Director Job Requirements

Extensive, up-to-date Medicare-certified Hospice leader experienced in operations, clinical, and financials.
Registered Nurse with Bachelor's required, Master's strongly preferred.
Experience with a census of 350+ a must.

Hospice Director Job Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Hospice care home visit service line and one in-patient unit.
Oversee direct reports that will ensure quality patient care and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships through multiple post-acute service lines.
