St. Luke’s Hospital Foundation is seeking an experienced Foundation Executive Director to maintain accountability for Foundation policies, budget, audit records, and database management. Create an environment where donors feel they can engage and support any aspect of the operation. Implement, oversee and evaluate a comprehensive annual development plan that includes planned giving through marketing, events, direct mail, and face to face fundraising. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates degree required. A Certified Fund Raising Executive preferred – CFRE, three years of related experience is required. Publication, marketing and public relations experience required. Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy regulations.
