Job Summary:
Evaluates and treats all referred hand occupational therapy patients according to physician’s orders.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required (unless grandfathered in under Bachelor’s degree).
LICENSE DESCRIPTION:
Wisconsin license required. Certification from the American Society of Hand Therapists or eligible required. If eligible, must obtain certification within 6 months of hire. CPR certification required.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Minimum of five years Occupational Therapy clinical experience required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Effective communication and organizational skills required.
