Multi-office law firm seeks an experienced or recent college graduate for full-time Help Desk/Level 1 System Administrator position in our Peoria office. Candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal skills and be able to work both independently and as a team player. Candidate will support users, desktop/mobile devices and software as well as network functionality via e-mail, telephone and in person in various locations. Occasional day trips or overnight travel to offices is required. Candidate will manage the configuration of desktop/laptop computers and upgrade systems and processes as required.
The candidate would preferably have experience with (but not required) with Windows 10, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Office 2013 and server operating systems. There will be an opportunity for development of skills in these areas.
