Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating customer requirements into a wide variety of visually appealing graphics products. These products vary in complexity of design and production, and may include high-quality designed environmental exhibits, posters, brochures, publications, infographics, branding, digitally-generated portraits, digital signage, original artwork, briefing presentations, and interactive PDFs. You will be capable of providing reliable, accurate, state-of-the-art multimedia support essential to ensure all customers are able to communicate mission goals and objectives most effectively, while managing several projects, at once using industry standard Graphic Design tools and Adobe software.

More About the Role:
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Providing computer-generated materials for publications, presentations, and infographics using Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud products
Communicating verbally and in written form with all levels of management
Ensuring all produced work promotes the customers brand and consistently reflects the corporate visual identity
Taking ownership of your assignments, ensuring all collateral are produced with excellent quality, accuracy, efficiency and by deadline
Collaborating with a variety of teams

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Possess a university or college degree and 1 year of graphic design or visual communications experience, or in lieu of a degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience

Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud products)

Possess artistic ability, creativity, imagination and design layout skills with knowledge of graphic arts and computerized software to include desktop publishing

Experience with creating and formatting data and dynamic designs into visually appealing layouts and multimedia products

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a collaborative team environment

Ability to problem solve difficult and complex issues

Excellent analytic and time-management skills

Detail-oriented and ability to identify and estimate differences/similarities between products

Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to achieving mission objectives with significant impact on results

Candidate must have one of the following:
6 Years of job-related experience and High School/ GED diploma
4 years of job-related experience and Associate Degree
2-3 Years of job-related experience and bachelor’s degree
1 Year of job-related experience and master’s degree

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with multimedia, infographics, and data visualization software to include Adobe products
Knowledge of information architecture and usability

Work Hours:
Core hours: 9:00AM – 3:00PM

Business needs support flexibility for the individual in this role to come in early or stay late, as needed to accomplish or complete tasks. Customer prefers that the individual work regular work week schedules, as requirements are received every day of the work week.
