Responsible for helping to drive the implementation of a global enterprise content management strategy for electronic and physical content. Primarily focused on leading a team and managing projects utilizing O365 for collaboration, organizing electronic content and managing associated company records. This includes managing all phases of projects from initiation through scoping, design, development, implementation, and post-implementation support. It also includes leading employees and/or contractors, managing service providers, and working closely with business unit personnel. The Lead will analyze technologies and recommend upgrades/changes based on assessments of the organization's current and future enterprise content management needs.

Manage a team of Business Information/System Process Analysts and SharePoint experts
Provide direction and coaching regarding project prioritization, initiation, execution, and issue resolution
Manage large projects and programs including SharePoint data migrations, SharePoint server migrations, new SharePoint department sites, and content management efforts and O365 initiatives
Work with the MIS, SharePoint, and ECM teams on building and executing project plans and delivering support
Assist in defining and communicating enterprise content management strategy including physical and electronic content
Research future software solutions and stay apprised of developments in ECM and SharePoint and O365
Work closely with business areas globally, define business-centric ECM requirements and evaluate available and/or solution options, including SharePoint
Visit sites to gather requirements and feedback, and determine solutions to meet their needs; initiate and lead customer meetings
Contribute to ECM processes and policies, including defining and producing monthly metrics
Ensure strategic alignment of new technologies as they emerge from O365
Facilitate effective change enablement strategies and tools for users
Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of experience in the Information Services or Content Management field which includes four (4) years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management and three (3) years of experience defining and implementing technology and business process improvement (BPI) solutions
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
High degree of comfort working with Senior Leaders across organizations

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or Content Management
Knowledge of content management practices, including content management software solutions
Experience managing SharePoint and/or content management projects utilizing Microsoft Project
Knowledge of SharePoint features, functions, and capabilities as well as Microsoft O365 future roadmap
Experience with Microsoft O365 platform and applications
Experience with strategy, cost-benefit analysis, prioritization, and resource management
Experience with Training, Change Management, and Business Metrics desired
Must have superior interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills, including an ability to listen well
Familiar with the language of IT and able to translate between technical and business terminology succinctly and effectively.
Able to manage a heavy workload while handling ever-shifting priorities

Position is in a busy, non-smoking office located in downtown Phoenix, AZ
Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by an elevator
Occasionally work will be performed in a mine, outdoor or manufacturing plant setting
Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk
Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to ten (10) pounds
Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required
