Your role at Sephora:
In this role you will assist with strategy and execution of Sephora’s US Paid Search channel performance. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Search & Display, you will work closely with internal and external partners delivering results that are highly visible and critical to online and offline sales for the company. You’ll be part of a high-performing Media center of excellence, partnering with your teammates that run Affiliates, Paid Social, Display, Brand Media and SEO.
In addition, you will:
Assist with developing Paid Search program channel strategy, execution, and optimization recommendations with Sr. Manager and agency partners
Work closely with key cross-functional partners (Product Management, Analytics, Brand Media, etc.) to ensure seamless deployment of paid search campaigns and effectively report results to all stakeholders
Own weekly channel reporting to key stakeholders, working collaboratively with the Sr. Manager and agency partners on insights
Own day-to-day management of paid search campaigns, ensuring execution matches strategic vision
Collaborate with team to monitor delivery of monthly sales goals and channel objectives, ensuring investment strategy mirrors strategic channel guidelines
Track innovation within the industry, and evaluate and identify new opportunities that will drive best-in-class channel strategies for Sephora
Partner with external agencies and vendors
Own billing and invoicing process with Sephora Finance and Agency teams

We’re excited about you if you have:
4 year Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and Paid Search
Understanding of paid search performance metrics and KPIs and a clear understanding of the paid search landscape and bidding process
Comfort in a culture of testing and agility
Eagerness to learn about Digital Marketing
Experience or certification with Google AdWords and Bing AdCenter
Experience with 3rd party paid search bid management technology, such as DS3, Kenshoo or Marin
Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects
Superior organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to draw conclusions and take action based on data
Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an fast paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), particularly Excel
