USR Holdings is seeking a skilled and highly motivated digital marketer to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. We are one of the nation's fastest growing behavior health companies, and we operate over a half dozen substance use and mental health treatment facilities across the country.
About Our Marketing:
We spend very large sums of money on platforms like Google and Bing, which makes this is a prime opportunity for the right candidate to come in and receive immediate exposure into high-budget digital advertising and the many moving parts required to make these large-scale efforts a success.
We bid on very targeted keywords, and all of our landing pages, sales funnels, and websites are geared towards pairing individuals and their families with an appropriate treatment option.
An Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Solid foundational understanding of web design and landing page principles; including best design practices, methods for conversion rate optimization, ATF optimization, etc.
- Strong copywriting ability; i.e a keen ability to write copy that captivates people to take action.
- General understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), particularly on-page optimization methods, keyword insertions, and backlink building.
- Previous experience with paid advertising (i.e Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads), or with social media, is a major plus!
- Previous experience from the marketing agency world puts you ahead of the pack!
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO, COO and CMO of a rapidly scaling enterprise in order to strategize on marketing and growth efforts
- Manage and fulfill on projects; ranging from landing page development through platforms like Unbounce and Leadpages, to full-scale SEO efforts across our portfolio of websites.
- Once you're comfortable, have an opportunity to work directly in our high-budget ad accounts and make a major impact!
