Intern will provide administrative support to Managers, Contract Specialists, and other functional areas within the Division of Financial Management.
Intern will assist procurement staff members with assembling contract files, reviewing file documentation, and conducting contract validations and may perform tasks such as simplified acquisitions, contract modifications, and event planning. In support of the automation project, may assist to create process workflows and procedures. Intern may also assist staff with researching and creating bidder's lists, creating reports and metrics, assist with planning and logistics of procurement and supplier diversity events.
