I'm looking for a passionate young person, who can become representative of my company in the US.

This person will be responsible for finding clients in the US: talking with them identifying their needs, signing contracts, and building a partnership with them. From our side, we provide 24/7 support and help with all needed details (technical estimates, commercial proposals, MVP planning, development, marketing, etc.). So, from the person required only great communication skills.
