Deli Manager

Restaurant depot - Oakland, CA


The Deli Manager will manage the Perishables dept and its staff. Product knowledge and staff management is essential. You will direct and manage the stock levels, rotation, pricing, service our customers, as well as controlling the shrink in the dept. Customer Service skills are essential as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. We are a wholesale cash and carry type warehouse not open to the general public. SFO-04 WS-04

Shift start: Based on route
Shift length: 10 hours

Must be at least 18+ years old
Experience in a deli or similar is required Knowledge of deli products is essential HACCP knowledge is a plus
