We are looking for a Marketing Strategist that is passionate about technology, people, and process. You’ll play a crucial role in scaling our Sales and Marketing efforts by optimizing content, generating leads, and integrating new technology solutions. With a strong emphasis on data and technology, the role demands a high-energy and highly accountable individual who can advance our collaboration with other key stakeholder departments. This includes leveraging marketing automation tools to drive personalized, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will understand how to harness technology to enhance customer engagement, streamline marketing processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This person is fueled by data-driven problem solving! They should understand how systems could interconnect to integrate data between platforms (although they don’t need to be able to write the code) and can help eliminate marketing & technology silos to improve customer engagement. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Salesforce and Account Engagement:
- Implement and enhance Marketing automation and data driven campaigns
- Create and monitor data, reports and dashboards
- Provide training and support to the team on best practices for day-to-day use
- Online Listings:
- Update and maintain the accuracy of product and pricing information
- Monitor accuracy across all platforms; website, syndication sites, MLS, etc
- Analyze and improve content to boost traffic and leads
- Lead Generation:
- Drive high quality traffic and leads across all platforms
- Ensure accuracy of lead data from connected partners via APIs, FTPs
- Manage Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, and other sites
- Data Monitoring and Reporting:
- Website Traffic
- Syndication Sites
- National and Local Market Trends
- Buyer Demographics
- Participate in brainstorming ways to solve sales related challenges
- Collaborate on all digital advertising campaigns with Marketing Team
- Other duties as assigned or requested
EXPERIENCE
- Candidate must have bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- High level of knowledge of search engine marketing and social media marketing required.
- 1-2 years of experience using analytics data to inform decision making.
- CRM experience preferred, willingness to learn a CRM is required.
- Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability.
- Demonstrated marketing, product and merchandising acumen, including an understanding and awareness of customer and buyer psychology.
- Ability to prepare, present and coordinate marketing plans and programs.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on facts, not feelings.
- Be passionate about serving the needs of the sales organization, and leading “from behind” in a strategic capacity.
PREFERRED
- Experience with customer experience platforms and marketing automation solutions, (e.g., Salesforce and Account Engagement).
- Deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRMs) with a focus on unifying customer data and creating actionable insights for improved customer experiences.
- Strong background in business and operational process optimization within a marketing context, with an emphasis on leveraging marketing automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Experience in using technology and AI in a marketing context.

- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on influence and emotional intelligence.
- Strong technical acumen, especially in marketing operations technology, customer relationship management solutions, digital marketing, and AI applications.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to work
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in project planning, goal setting, budget management, and performance metrics.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
- Ability to represent marketing interests in wider corporate strategy and planning discussions.
- Proactive in learning and adapting to new marketing technologies, tools, and AI-powered marketing platforms.
- Ability to effectively drive change management and communicate product capabilities and benefits with internal business partners
