This position manages team and contributes individually to ensure Human Resources and other business initiatives are fully supported with the appropriate process, tools, and metrics. This position works closely with the HR Leadership Team (and other Senior Leaders), HR Functional and IT Business Partners and customers of HR systems.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
15% Monitor and guide work activity for team. Oversee the coordination, organization and appropriate distribution of work
30% Recruit, select, orient, train, guide and develop resources; Manage and monitor team performance against SLAs and performance goals
30% Utilize standard project development methodologies to facilitate delivery of HR System solutions. Manage complex projects from inception to completion, including change management, end user training and support. Provide Subject Matter Expertise and support to HR and other groups as needed.
25% Lead the establishment and maintenance of internal Standard Operating Processes for areas of responsibility. Establish and maintain methods and practices to facilitate communication and integration across key relationships to accomplish goals.
NATURE AND SCOPE
Typically reports to Sr. Manager HR Services or Director HR Services
Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others. In addition to personnel issues - including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Knowledge and experience of system design and support
