The CompHealth Allied division is in need of an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with large health systems, large hospitals and large group practices. The Account Executive will also work to create lasting value and loyalty from our largest divisional clients by leveraging site visits, value added services, and other divisional resources. The Account Executive will be held accountable to sustainable growth within their client base.
We’re looking for people who:
Negotiate client contracts for allied services and serve as a representative to make contractual commitments on behalf of the company
Leverage current relationships to grow business across specialties and gain access to large health systems
Increase divisional profit by creating, implementing and measuring client acquisition, growth and retention strategies and tactics
Be prepared to travel for the purpose of face-to-face interactions with clients and potential clients
Demonstrate clear understanding of various types of Health Care delivery systems and put plans in place to address customer needs as requested
Interface with CompHealth divisions, teams and departments regarding client needs
Maintain and update client information in database
Maintain oversight of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and building high level relationships
Work with sales leaders to drive activity and understanding of client objectives while focusing on client facing activities with CompHealth Allied's Top 10 – 20 clients
Drive growth with all client accounts by creating sustainable value both internally and externally
Understand and be adept at selling value added client resources such as the LEAN methodology and be capable of participating in client LEAN events
Influential written and oral communication skill at a professional level
Effective public speaking and information presentation skills
Effective and proven sales, negotiating and closing capabilities
Experience in providing a high degree of customer service
Excellent organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills
Minimum of three years of proven experience in healthcare staffing
Minimum of seven years of professional sales
Proven, successful track record of hitting sales goals and quotas
Ability to devise and execute work goals independently
Ability to understand complex healthcare systems
Ability to target and sell to high level decision makers
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives
Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communication
Analyze business trends/indicators and create successful business plans
