**Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with selecting the right plants, tools, and supplies for their gardening needs
- Provide expert advice on plant care, gardening techniques, and lawn maintenance- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including stocking shelves and watering plants
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
-Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Help customers load heavy items such as 50-pound bags of soil and plant materials**Requirements:**
- Gardening and plant care experience is essential
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and pet care is a plus- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
