Bart & Associates is looking for an Entry-Level Contracts and Office Administrator to join our team in Tysons Corner!
Entry-Level Contracts Administrator and Office Coordinator
Answers phones at front desk, greets visitors, manages reception area traffic, and monitors visitors in accordance with building security.
Provides administrative support to Executives and Directors within the HR, Consulting Services, Contracts, and Finance/Accounting Departments, as necessary.
Assists in managing contract data and maintenance of contract records.
Assist in developing contract documents, including teaming agreements, NDAs, and subcontracts.
Administer subcontracts, including processing contract and subcontract modifications.
Responsible for a variety of administrative duties including: handling the reception desk, answering calls, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, and maintaining order in the break room and conference rooms.
Coordinates team building events and prepares for/supports exhibits at conferences and other events.
Supports, participates in, and manages process improvement projects (e.g. CMMI and ISO certifications).
Strong organization skills, and an ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to learn, use, and master a variety of additional office software tools as needed.
Oral and written communication – effectively communicates information and ideas by speaking.
Planning and organizing – effectively plans, organizes, and prioritizes work in order to meet deadlines.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
