The Senior Marketing Manager will provide category and brand strategy and tactical direction, as part of the annual business planning process. S/he will develop marketing plans for brands globally - US, Canada, Germany, France, and UK. S/he will work closely with outside agencies (media and PR) to execute all plans. S/he will be the key point of contact for all sales manager, relative to category of responsibility, on a global basis. S/he will lead the promotional planning process, account by account, region by region. S/he will work collaborative with internal teams (product development, creative, display, sales) to approve product assortment, finalize renderings, prepare sell sheets and marketing support decks. S/he will also manage and develop a team of marketing professionals.
At least 10 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in the beauty/mass distribution
Strong collaborative style and multi-tasking capabilities
Bachelor's Degree and MBA Preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Deep understanding of social and digital media
