Provides end-user software, hardware, and network support training and troubleshooting in the manufacturing environment. Will include working with different legacy systems.

Essential Duties:
Acts as the local IT field support working with ticket system and teams.
Coordinate and perform hardware upgrades for laptops, desktops and telephones.
Guaranty that IT always have equipment ready to delivery to users.
Inventory Management of computers and peripherals
Printer support and consumable management, also including Printer Server.
Anti-Virus installations, management and daily checks for problems.
Windows Upgrades management and daily checks for problems.
Windows Upgrades from Windows 7 to Windows 10
Computers Image \ clone and restore
Accounts creation and management of Active Director, Proprietary systems and ERP.
Maintain documentation and IT controls improving and updates.
Trains users in startup, basic and advanced use of software programs when needed.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
Logical thinking with perception of the big picture.
Be process oriented and organized.
Excellent knowledge of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment.
Knowledge on Backup tools and routine.
Must be proficient in how to assemble and disassemble computer components, cabling and racks
Team working ready to open space, no silo, easy to ask for help and escalate problem
Requires standing and walking, exerting up to 50 lbs of force and frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects.

Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience as IT End-User support on the field.
Comparable technical experience in IT field or AA/AS degree in computer related field; or the combination of education and experience that enables performance of all aspects of the position.
IT certification in Network and Microsoft is a plus.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
