Looking for an experienced manager with bartender experience.
Must be willing to learn and do any job required in a typical restaurant environment.
Must be honest, as he/she will be handling money and end of day reports, checking out servers, counting down cash drawers, etc.
Must have strong leadership abilities, but be able to lead by example.
Must be willing to follow the owners' culture and expectations and maintain the standard that has been set.
Looking for mostly open availability. Nights and weekends a must.
No formal education required. Experience is a must.
