This position is for a 2nd shift Bilingual (Spanish / English)
Thisis a 2nd shift - Hours are 11am to 7pm Mon - Fri with alternating Saturdays.
They currently have a career opportunity for a Bi-lingual Legal Intake Customer Service Representative in their Phoenix office at 7th Ave and Camelback office.
Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service experience with a positive demonstrated attitude (legal field preferable but not a must).
This position is best suited for a self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision.
This position consists of taking inbound calls, making out bound calls, gathering information,
inputting information and preparing initial intake files for attorney review.
Must be able to work Monday – Friday with flex time to include some evenings and weekends as well.
Must be very proficient in both English and Spanish languages both written and oral.
Ideal candidates will possess strong Bilingual Customer Service Representative skills where customer service and Bilingual Spanish/English skills will be utilized.
