The consumer insights & strategy analyst will be an empirical and inquisitive thinker with a natural passion for understanding the underlying factors driving observable consumer and referral trends and occurrences. The analyst will possess a high degree of technical skill with significant experience mining and manipulating large databases as well as a strong working command of reporting tools such as Excel and/or Tableau. The analyst will play a leading role in the development of a portfolio of foundational consumer and field retention analytics and the design of a standard reporting portfolio and meaningful dashboards.
Assist in the development of a series of foundational analytics that provide insights on consumer decisions, consumer segment differences, referral distribution, reputation influencers, lifetime value, service levels, etc.,
Bring in depth understanding of trends, metrics and referral insights to support and focus the efforts of the physician liaisons.
Assist in selecting, surveying, and managing the engagement of consumer insight panel.
Develop standardized reports and meaningful KPIs upon which leaders can make decisions; Track record of turning data into meaningful and actionable business insights.
Assist in the design and execution of consumer research projects (both with and without 3rd party research partners) using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including consumer insight panels.
Position Qualifications Required:
5+ years in business analysis, strategic consumer analytics, health data analysis, database design, and database mining.
Knowledge of applied statistics.
Experience mining and leveraging demographics and segmentation data.
Demonstrated competency in spreadsheet design, analysis, and reporting with demonstrated command of advanced functions and formulas.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, computer science, mathematics, decision science, data science, econometrics or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
