Be one of the first to join our this new sales team in downtown Nashville! Sales specialists will be responsible for selling home health oxygen products through an inbound and outbound telephone strategy.
There is no commission opportunity in this role. True full cycle sales, leads will be provided. Cold calling required, expected to make 75 dials per day and 6-15 sales. Training provided, opportunity to go perm, seeking 1-2 years phone sales experience. Not just up-selling experience, true cold call sales from lead to completion of sale.
Responsibilities:You are responsible for (but not limited to):
- Selling products to achieve order and revenue goals
- Carrying an individual quota; meet and exceed quotas to achieve sales objectives
- Effectively handling inbound telephone inquiries and follow-up on open leads regarding products; provide accurate information, guide product selection and close sale.
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (8 hour shift)
- Experience with inbound/outbound calls and following up on leads
- Ability to multi-task while effectively managing sales conversations and navigating through multiple systems to process sales orders
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2+ years of relevant phone , full cycle sales experience, from contacting leads through closing the sale
Proven record of success consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
