They have a warm, friendly and relaxed office environment. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal.

Job Summary:
The Senior Litigation Paralegal will use their experience and knowledge to manage their own case load and assist with advanced, complex tasks and projects throughout all phases of the litigation process.

Responsibilities:
Organizes and manages electronic and paper files and maintain the integrity of client files.
Assists with the preparation and court filing of pleadings and other court papers.
Manage document productions.
Prepare for witness and expert interviews and depositions.
Prepare for hearings, trials and client meetings.
Shepardize briefs and assists with and/or coordinate cite-checking.
Perform factual and investigative research using various tools, including the Internet, Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR and other media.
Assists Partners, associates and other legal assistants across practice areas and throughout departments, as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and be able to meet the requirements of a California Paralegal under CA Business and Professions Code section 6450
5+ years of experience in a mid to large sized law firm.
Experience with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to navigate various electronic databases and document repositories
Strong research skills and proficiency in using various research tools.
Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Salary: Up to 115K, DOE. Excellent benefit package.
