JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Marketing Coordinator works with the Sales Marketing Manager on event campaigns, media sales marketing initiatives and project coordination of the OSD for all events.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides event campaign support to Sales Marketing Manager for specific events as directed
Responsible for the execution of media sales marketing activities to support the Media Sales team, including monthly and quarterly newsletter, and annual media planner production
Responsible for managing OSD production for all events and onsite activities
Help script and optimize sales messaging to advertisers, exhibitors, and sponsors.
Work with design team on print, mail, and digital collateral delivery.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional departments and colleagues.
Ad hoc marketing assignments as needed.
Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of people.
Has an eye for detail, and possesses exceptional time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
Ability to coordinate work with outside vendors.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
1-3 years of work experience in marketing or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with marketing automation a plus.
Ability to work independently and as a team with a positive attitude.
Excellent organization skills and ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Top notch customer service skills.
High level of attention to detail is required.
