Our family law firm is looking to expand and we need a superstar Ambassador of First Impressions...... a team player who is a quick-learner with strong administrative skills, computer savvy and WANTS TO BE our ambassador of first impressions.

Our founder and managing attorney is an entrepreneur who is passionate about helping people get through their divorce or family matter without losing their minds or all of their money. Our clients come to us in a place of vulnerability. Sometimes they’re scared, sometimes they’re angry and they’re almost always stressed. We need an empathetic Ambassador of First Impressions who is mature, caring and wants to ensure the client experience with our Firm is second to none.

We have set our sights on being the “go-to firm” for Divorce and Family Law in Atlanta. We are focused on rapid growth, but are still small enough to care about every team member and client. We need someone who is interested in being with us as we grow, and is willing to wear multiple hats until the workload supports bringing on additional team members.

Currently, we need someone who can help us take control of the front-end client experience by being the first point of contact with the firm, preparing legal documents and providing general administrative support. Ideally, you will have experience as a Receptionist, Secretary or Legal Assistant in a law firm, but we are willing to train the right Administrative Assistant, Secretary or service-minded office professional. The most important quality you can possess is a great attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever it’s needed.

Your basic responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and welcome guests
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Perform basic administrative tasks – draft documents, copy, scan, file
  • Communicate with potential and existing clients in person, by phone and email
  • Manage paper and electronic files
  • Process Mail
  • Collect Fees
  • Back up team members when they need a hand or a day off
  • Maintain practice and client confidentiality

These items are non-negotiable:

  • You must be available to work and be in the office Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
  • You must have strong administrative skills and be detail-oriented
  • You must be comfortable working with various computer programs, databases and systems
  • You must be reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • You don’t think making coffee or getting our guests a beverage is beneath you
  • You must be a positive, high-energy team player who is results-oriented – No Drama!
  • You must care about people
  • You have personal goals that you want to achieve
