## Overview
I am seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will value excellence, clear communication, and be passionate about people and social change.
## Duties
- Facilitate a reset of existing IG account
- Create posts using existing copy
- Plan a well-laid out grid a month at a time
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
## Experience
- Prior social media strategist experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficient in proofreading and editing content
- A good sense of aesthetic flow, legibility, and visual appeal
- Strong relationship management skills
- Content creation and curation expertise
- Knowledge of advertising principles
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Video editing capabilities
- Graphic design experience
- Research skills for content development
