Seminole Hard Rock Support Services provides Information Technology Services for Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International and their subsidiaries and/or franchisees. The “System Administrator II - End User Computing management” will be the SME for all aspect of End User Computing and will develops/supports technologies that center on the desktop presentation to then end-users, as well as the server components and infrastructure that supports the desktop environment, for 10+ sites and 2500+ Windows end user devices.

He/she will be the prime engineer for the architecture, implementation and operation of desktop management solution using a leading End User Management suite (e.g. LANDesk), including proof-of-concept, analysis, design/architecture, deployment and support of Mobility & End User Computing solutions. Components will include Operating System, Patching, Application Delivery, Remote Access, Management, Hardware and Software asset management, etc.

Works under the direction of the Director – IT infrastructure.
Plans and schedules work to meet assignments from the manager or designated senior engineering staff who provides guidance.
Meets formally or informally with the manager or designated senior staff to discuss status, ask for assistance on intractable problems, and to review accomplishments.
Assists the IT Service Techs in providing third level support to the enterprise.
Assists the enterprise system, systems assurance, application development, and operations services in developing, implementing, and maintaining the technology infrastructure.
Accepts technical responsibility for equipment and assigned technologies.
Makes evaluations and recommendations.
Assists in the analysis, design and development of new technology.
Documents design, implementation and final configuration findings for both new and existing techniques and equipment.
Oversees systems demonstrations.
Analyzes problems, studies technical literature and existing technology.
Escalates intractable problems to vendors and/or senior manager for resolution.
Develops monitoring systems used to manage global infrastructure.
Maintains a current understanding of strategic product mix and vendor selections.
Opens up problem reporting tickets and accurately uses all problem tracking software systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
Build standard corporate images (Windows 7 and 10).
Establish corporate desktop standards.
Perform advanced scripting and automation techniques.
Software Packaging.
Patch management.
Various tools implementation and support.
Must be able to use common hand tools and electronic test equipment to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with computers, peripherals, and computer software.
Must be able to work with members of the Technical Staff and Management in a fast-paced environment to identify, isolate and resolve hardware and software issues during testing.
Must maintain technical documentation for all systems deployed in the Enterprise.
Must liaise with Compliance Officials and Vendors to manage the movement of test software into and out of test environment in accordance with STOF Internal Controls.
Provides technical and programming support to project team.
Analyzes business needs and makes appropriate application software modifications.
Tests system software modifications/patches/service packs to ensure accuracy of changes.
Works with key users to resolve system problems and issues.
Works with project team members to design, test and install system modifications.
Develop, implement and support custom system software, reports and monitoring dashboards.
Analyzes problems, studies technical literature and existing technology.
Escalates intractable problems to vendors and/or senior manager for resolution.

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent training and experience is preferred.
Must have 4 – 7 years relevant application and/or IT operations experience.
Proven experience and track record in this position in an environment of similar scope and size
Requires well developed written and verbal communications skills.
Must be proficient with VMware and Microsoft operating systems / Hypervisor
Must be able to travel to remote sites as may be required in support of operations.
Must be fluent in the English language.
Must comply with internal controls.
Must exhibit well-developed verbal and written communications skills.
Experience in the following is a plus Microsoft Exchange, Share Point, Project, HP Blade Chassis, 3PAR, Cisco, Palo Alto Network, Aruba Network.
