This position is for a system engineer and requires strong coordination skills to successfully monitor and test the Sponsors flagship application that keeps senior leaders informed with key decision enabling information. They should have excellent communication and customer service skills in addition to being able to work independently. A successful candidate for this position is someone who shows initiative, is flexible, and is willing to work in an agile environment. The candidate must be able to adjust to changing priorities, set goals, and determine strategies for accomplishing results. Mandatory Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience exhibiting communicating to both technical and non-technical audiences, writing and providing system documentation test scenarios and test cases.

2. Demonstrated experience conducting exploratory testing without automation tools to detect defects or bugs prior to any deployment/code change.

3. Demonstrated experience independently analyzing, using rails console, troubleshooting, and addressing issues with customers and coordinating with necessary teams on resolution.

4. Demonstrated experience defining detailed and validatable requirements and coordinate with customer to verify acceptance criteria.

5. Demonstrated experience providing guidance and implementing accessibility requirements within the system.

Optional Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience investigating and providing recommendations for tools and methodologies to enhance the systems efficiency and/or performance.

2. Demonstrated experience as a liaison between the development team and the users. Specifically, demonstrating complete knowledge of the end-to-end system concept of operations, application features and capabilities, and users usage patterns.
