Job Title: Front Desk Lead/Customer Success Lead
Location: Chalk Performance Training, Costa Mesa, CA
Chalk Performance Training is a functional fitness gym in Costa Mesa, CA. We offer over 40 classes each week, with an average of 15-20 people per class.
Assignment Begins: August, 2024
Hours: This position requires you to work on-site at our Costa Mesa location and be available during normal business hours. You will work on a schedule coordinated with your direct supervisor.
Job Summary:
As the Front Desk Lead/Customer Success Lead, you will lead the membership team with a focus on maintaining elite-level interactions with both current and prospective members. Your role is essential in ensuring the team's organization and professionalism, particularly regarding membership payments and client retention. Your goal is to keep clients engaged and satisfied while effectively communicating the Chalk Process to potential new members.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations:
- Oversee membership and sales team: scheduling, training, and providing leadership.
- Process memberships for new and existing members.
- Greet members with a high level of professionalism.
- Convey the CHALK Process to all individuals effectively.
- Client Interaction:
- Generate client leads through social media, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
- Reach out to 15 members monthly to discuss their experience with Chalk.
- Address and resolve any issues related to gym organization and inventory.
- Check Wodify during shifts for any unpaid memberships.
- Monitor gym email during shifts for member assistance inquiries.
- Gym Maintenance:
- Ensure the gym is organized and safe for members.
- Stock beverages, food, and merchandise in the fridge.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
- Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Assist your direct supervisor in marketing initiatives and community projects/events.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in customer service and client relations.
- Proficiency in using Wodify and other gym management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
- Social Media Management experience a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Schedule:
