· Bilingual - Possess’ conversational Spanish language skills.
· Catches the Need – Handling inbound, outbound, emails, and text while using the 2 ears over 1 mouth approach to empathically understand before presenting the solution.
· Organized – Effectively use the CRM / DMS to manage workflow and communications in handling in-coming leads [mostly internet] and manages contacts towards a buy no buy decision. Schedules appointments as appropriate.
· Analytical and Detective – Evaluates a mixture of verbal statements, presented applications, pay statement, bank statements, and credit reports and concludes if the go-forward opportunity is good for the customer and the dealership.
· Closes the Deal – Present the choices, closes the sale, gathers, and presents financial, insurance, contracts, and dealership, state, and federal closing documents.
· Here to Help – Small team requires individual to occasionally process payments, lot detail / drive-by eye-catching vehicle alignment, and communicating with shops, parts, recovery services as directed to move inventory along the path from recon to ready.
Bonus Points
· Technical - Technology doesn’t produce anxiety in your life. Any prior CRM / DMS experience, IDMS, Dealersocket, Dealer Center, etc. Able to import / export PDFs from other known sites.
· Social Media – Are you creative and love to connect? Prior experience in presenting brand, product, and relationship to catch people’s attention.
· Vehicle Parts and Sounds – Prior experience with understanding cars to assist with ordering parts or listening to customer’s issues from a service perspective.
