Position: Sales Engineer

Location: New London, WI

We are growing and looking for a candidate wanting to manage an established sales territory with expanded responsibilities.

You will be responsible for conveyor sales in an established assigned territory with room for growth. Home base will be New London, Wisconsin but you will travel to southern and western states up to 25% of your time.

You will be selling in a business to business sales model calling on Distributors, Resellers, Original Equipment Manufacturers, System’s Integrators as well as some specific end users.

All engineering and manufacturing is done in house at New London Engineering and you have a committed team dedicated to customer focused sales activities.

We have a growth plan that encompasses targeting specific industries as well as launching a new quick ship program and aluminum product line to help you accelerate your growth opportunities.

You will participate in many trade show events, where you will represent the company, resulting in leads for you and your channel to manage inside your assigned territory.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years outside conveyor sales experience in material handling, power transmission, industrial components or packaging related backgrounds
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Computer efficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as the use of CRM systems
  • Highly motivated, great people skills, positive attitude, mechanically inclined, creative problem solver and driven to be the best within a cross functional team.
