We are seeking a self-motivated and dedicated individual to join our expanding Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This role will require a broad array of technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to support a wide range of equipment. This role will include responsibility for monitoring equipment spread across multiple sites and will require the ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues as they come up while keeping the relevant stake holders informed as needed. The qualified individual will be able to work quickly and effectively to resolve problems. They will need to be able to work both independently and as part of the NOC team. This role requires shift work.
