Pacific Environmental Corporation (PENCO) is hiring a seasonal office Administrative Assistant for the 2023-2024 winter work season which runs from approx December 1st thru April 30th. This is a two week on / two week off rotational position consisting of 12 hours per day / 84 hours per week (40 hrs straight time & 44 hrs overtime weekly). Pay rate is $23.50 ST & $35.25 OT.
General duties require proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel and will involve basic accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations, report filing, booking travel (flights and lodging) for employees, front desk client support, local supply runs in Deadhorse including airport pick ups and dropoffs, post office runs, and basic office housekeeping and upkeep.
We are a drug free company and all candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Point of hire for this position is Anchorage and travel to and from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay will be provided. All lodging, meals and daily transportation are also provided while in Prudhoe Bay.
