Job description
In this position, the successful candidate will develop and maintain productive, long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients by managing daily operations, coordinating with key business partners, and successfully identifying and building on potential growth areas.
-Manage daily operations in an assigned, continuously expanding group of client accounts
-Identify and develop new clients in assigned territory
-Act as primary liaison between client and business partners to proactively and independently ensure the successful delivery of our service solutions
-Identify potential growth areas within existing client base and successfully recommend and sell additional services
-Proactively monitor potential areas of concern and work towards preventive solutions
-Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and industry trends.
-Monitor the strategies and marketing efforts of primary competitors with the goal of developing a service and client experience which is superior to these companies
-Maintain a thorough knowledge of our available services, lines of business, pricing structures and identify opportunities based on this knowledge
-Support all company marketing initiatives, client services programs, and offer feedback and ideas about how to maximize the desired results of these initiatives
-Complete CRM entries, reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with established best practices.

Core Requirements: In addition to strong character and an impeccable degree of integrity, the motivated, intelligent candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years experience in a heavy, client service-centred environment
A valid driver’s license
Strong problem solving skills and decision making skills, with the ability to think both creatively and analytically
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
