Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we’re looking for a skilled Web Strategist to work as part of our Digital Marketing team.

Position Summary:
The main role of the Digital Marketing team is to maintain Sitecore.com, demonstrating what is possible when using the world’s leading Digital Experience Platform. The Web Strategist role is the key driver of the digital experience strategy on Sitecore.com and your primary responsibility will be to focus on simplifying the user experience, based on our buyer and customer journey, to support our lead generation goals while demonstrating the full possibility of the Sitecore platform.

You will work closely with organizations across the company to develop and build global dashboards that capture and report KPIs, though the primary focus of your analytics should be interpreting the data and providing the digital team and departmental business leaders with key insights and recommended courses of action.

One of the team’s primary goals is the growth of organic traffic that supports pipeline and revenue growth. You will work with our SEO agency to build out our strategic SEO program, conduct reviews/audits, report KPIs, and provide SEO-focused content recommendations to content developers throughout Sitecore. You will be responsible for tracking and ensuring the implementation of SEO-friendly content as well as support for on-page technical SEO.

Create and evolve digital experiences on Sitecore.com and associated digital properties
Use analytics to provide insights into which experiences drive the most value for the business and focus on optimizing them
Create and maintain the testing and optimization program for both evergreen pages and campaigns, and provide recommended courses of action for improvement in KPIs
Maintain a finger on the pulse of digital experience trends, identify opportunities to create new or updated experiences on Sitecore.com, and support their design and implementation

Drive our SEO strategy to create organic traffic growth that converts into pipeline and revenue
Manage the relationship with our SEO agency
Create and keep up-to-date the overall SEO strategy
Support content creators with SEO suggestions and maintain reporting on key terms and phrases that support organic traffic growth
Support, and monitor on-page technical SEO, including implementation by the Marketing Services team

Drive analytics, reporting, and analysis that supports better digital experiences
Support the Marketing Operations team with web reporting that helps close the loop in understanding what organic and campaign traffic drives the best results for pipeline and revenue growth
Provide data-driven insights into which experiences on Sitecore.com and associated digital properties provide the best visitor experiences
Identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize in conjunction with business priorities

Job Qualifications:
Strong analytic mindset – we’re looking for an analysis ninja who can review data, understand, and provide actionable insights and suggestions that deliver business value
Three+ years working with clickstream analysis tools (GA, Omniture, etc.)
Two+ years working with business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Domo)
Strong excel skills, especially the ability to extract and visualize key learnings
Innate understanding of SEO strategy and the ability to monitor the implementation of specific tactics
Two+ years’ experience measuring the success of SEM/PPC/SEO campaigns
Excellent communication skills, especially data visualization for business users
Exposure to project management and business process redesign principles
Exhibits high degree of pro-active analysis of customer behavior to influence changes on the site
Understands complex digital ecosystems and best practices for user flow across properties
Demonstrates a deep understanding of UX concepts and best-practices
Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
Willing to make data-focused recommendations, celebrate successes, and learn from mistakes – including applying lessons learned and sharing across the team
