What You’ll Get to Do:
Create intake and tracking tickets for incoming/outgoing productions in the eDiscovery Tracking System.
Digest accompanying cover letters, analyze the requirements of the incoming productions, and provide a brief description of the production.
Contact producing parties, paralegals, and/or litigation support specialists to obtain necessary passwords or clarifications regarding the purpose of the production when such information is easily discernible.
Virus scan productions off-network, using multiple virus protection software and other tools, and addressing any issues that are detected.
Scan and sort small amounts of paper documents and parcel packages as needed.
Analyze and troubleshoots issues with the data productions, such as ensuring compatibility of file types.
Create weekly statistics and progress reports on completed productions
Define processing requirements based on eDiscovery knowledge, and prepare work orders for personnel to process data.
Interact with client attorney teams, IT department, and customer’s opposing counsel to resolve deficiencies with data productions.
Perform quality reviews of intake production tickets.
Update the Standard Operating Procedures as needed.
Train new hires.
More About the Role:
Back up the intake supervisor and functions as team lead in their absence.
Coordinate with other contract and subcontract personnel to ensure work moves smoothly from one functional area to another.
Ensure proper training of all team members.

Requires an Undergraduate degree or equivalent, and at least two years of related work experience.
