50%+ travel position.
As a Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS) Vice President, Ambulatory and Specialty Pharmacy Services, you will lead the development and successful implementation of specialty pharmacy services to ensure a client’s strategic, clinical, operational, and financial goals. You are expected to build strong collaborative relationships with other key leaders and professionals within CPS, client leaders, and other key stakeholders in the organization. In addition, you will engage with senior leaders, client, and key stakeholders to ensure the optimal utilization of technology, including but not restricted to, proprietary specialty pharmacy clinical platform.
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field, Advanced degree prefered (PharmD, MS Pharm, MBA)
5+ years of successful, progressive leadership experience, managing a specialty pharmacy operation within a health system is preferred
Demonstrated experience working with diverse stakeholders enhancing enhancing business results through high quality and cost effective specialty pharmacy services, executing complex projects (preferably in a hospital setting), building effective relationships with physicians, nurses and other key stake holders, and implementing 340B compliance and optimization strategies is preferred
Clean Driving record
Ability to travel away from home by Air 50% of work time, with some weekends required
