We're actively seeking compassionate and proficient healthcare experts, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Medical Assistants (MAs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), Physicians, Holistic Practitioners, Nutritionists, Dietitians, and forward-thinking Medical Students. Be at the forefront of healthcare by providing remote services to a substantial patient base (200-500 per virtual location) via our innovative telehealth technology. Your Role:
- Asynchronous Care: Utilize store-and-forward telemedicine to collect and transmit patient health information for remote evaluation and diagnosis. This includes reviewing patient-submitted health information, photos, and history through our patient portal .
- Synchronous Care: Engage in real-time telehealth interactions, such as live video or telephone consultations, to deliver immediate care and support. This includes live video consultations, real-time behavior observation, and quality of life consults for patients receiving hospice care .
- Remote Monitoring: Conduct continuous evaluation of patients' clinical status through video monitoring and review of tests and images. This includes monitoring patients' vital signs and health status in real-time through connected devices .
- Pre and Post-Operative Care: Provide comprehensive care to patients before and after surgical procedures, ensuring optimal recovery and well-being.
- Preventive Care: Offer proactive healthcare services to prevent illness and promote overall wellness. This includes engaging in preventive care practices and routine evaluations to ensure comprehensive patient wellness .
- Routine Evaluations: Perform routine assessments and follow-up evaluations to monitor patients' health and progress.
- At-Home Diagnostic Testing: Leverage digital technologies to facilitate secure and efficient transmission of patient information for timely diagnosis and treatment.
- Specialty-Specific Care: Tailor your telehealth services to various specialties, including dermatology, radiology, ophthalmology, and more.
- Remote Consultations: Securely transmit patient data and images for remote consultations, followed by live video or phone consultations .
- Telepharmacy Support: Transmit medication information and images to pharmacists for remote dispensing and monitoring of medications .
- Teleradiology Collaboration: Transmit medical images, such as X-rays and MRIs, to radiologists for remote interpretation and diagnosis.
- Health Information and Education: Provide access to health information, educational materials, and resources that patients can review at their convenience .
- Medication Management and Renewals: Review and approve medication renewals and manage prescriptions requested by patients .
