Overview of Position:
Scope Technologies is looking for a mid-level to senior-level marketing manager. This person will manage multiple priorities and can help build and deliver marketing strategies. We are looking for a leader who can also roll up their sleeves to deliver drip email campaigns, post social media updates, manage AdWords campaigns, market effectively to our current and potential customers, integrate with our Partners, and create outstanding campaigns that drive results. Ultimately, this person will then analyze results and adjust accordingly to improve the ROI on our marketing spend continuously. You will get your hands dirty in every aspect of marketing, from digital, brand building, all things lead generation, print, direct mail, and marketing efficacy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as chief strategist to determine the best marketing channels for new customer acquisition.
- Lead development of compelling copy and content, ensuring that it can be leveraged and re-purposed for a variety of marketing initiatives and mediums: websites, blog posts, case studies/whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, emails, video scripts, landing pages, social media, advertising campaigns, press releases, and additional marketing/sales collateral.
- Identify gaps in existing content and develop ways to strengthen our brand and voice across channels by creating powerful persona-driven content.
- Interview employees, clients, and industry experts and be able to create well-written and engaging content while working with freelance copywriters and our Ai assistant.
- Develop new digital marketing creative. Work with external teams to create concepts and messaging.
- Develop testing scenarios to improve trial sign-up(acquisition) and retention.
- Help define our brand voice/messaging and maintain consistency of our voice across all marketing efforts, both inbound and outbound. You will be the gatekeeper of the brand voice.
- Assist in developing buyer personas through research, analysis, and client conversations.
- Work closely with sales to continue to enhance the perfect demo and presentations to support our brand and products.
- Manage social media accounts/strategies/content with a digital marketing consultant and our Creative Director.
- Measure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics of marketing initiatives, specifically demand generation programs.
- Own all marketing efforts for more than 15 tradeshows and work with the administration team and creative director to ensure successful outcomes.
- User behavior and performance of email, landing pages, and conversion funnel
- Industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs is critical.
- Have a blast while helping one of the fastest-growing construction technologies companies dominate the market.
Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, editing and proofreading experience, B2B experience preferred
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Excellent writing skills with ability to produce own materials (blog posts, research materials, etc.) including rules of composition and grammar, spelling, and punctuation as well as more “punchy” direct response or sales oriented communications
- Previous experience in marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
- Previous experience with marketing automation, CRM and A/B testing preferred
- Experience building email nurture or engagement programs preferred
- Demonstrated experience developing persona-focused content for a wide variety of channels and mediums (web, blogs, email, social, video, etc.)
- Success in developing and implementing consistent and compelling brand materials across all internal and external communications.
- Detailed knowledge of marketing approaches, tactics, and processes, Zoho and MailChimp experience a plus.
- Self-directed, independent, strategic learner who also appreciates collaboration
- Strategic thinking skills and a positive, can-do attitude are central to the role
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage numerous competing priorities are required
- Understanding of brand and marketing strategy and how to produce copy to achieve objectives

Compensation:
- Base Salary + Quartery Bonus Potential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
